Eric found his way into HR unexpectedly but quickly realized his passion for balancing business needs with the human side of work. With nearly 20 years of experience, he has developed a deep appreciation for the employee-employer relationship and the importance of HR in business success.

In 2016, a pivotal life event led him to rethink his career, inspiring him to launch ImpactHR -- a firm dedicated to providing HR consulting, payroll solutions, and compliance support to businesses of all sizes. Eric thrives on helping companies create efficient, people-centered workplaces while ensuring they stay compliant and competitive in today's evolving landscape.

Lezlee has a lifelong passion for business and people, blending HR expertise with a deep understanding of operations and workforce development. With experience across many industries, she specializes in HR consulting, HR compliance, process improvement, and employee growth initiatives.

Holding a SPHR certification along with a Bachelor of Science degree from Utah State University, she is dedicated to building supportive workplaces that balance business needs with employee well-being. Lezlee believes that with the right guidance and framework, every individual and company can thrive.

Outside of work it is all about the arts, family and fun with the hope to relocate to Maui one day! 

Justine is a PHR-certified HR professional with a BS in HR Management who thrives in fast-growing environments where HR needs to be built from the ground up. She focuses on HRIS, payroll, and compliance, creating simple, scalable systems that support both the business and its people.

Outside of work, she coaches girls' soccer at a local high school and is passionate about building strong, confident teams. As a mom and military spouse, she brings a personal understanding of resilience, flexibility, and the importance of supportive workplaces.

Trinity is an adaptable professional with experience in recruiting, administration, and communications with a BS from Utah Tech in English Literature. She is skilled in coordination operations and creating clear written and visual materials. She’s known for her expertise in organization, empathy, and creativity in fast-paced environments. She has a strong foundation in writing, HR processes, and project management with a passion for meaningful, people-centered work. 

Outside of work, Trinity is a passionate creative in writing, music, and art. She thrives in bringing empathy and creativity to the workplace. With a desire to encourage meaningful human connection in business, she brings a personal touch to HR.

Susan has always been passionate about helping people and business operations, which led her to a career in Human Resources & Recruiting. With a degree in Sociology emphasizing in Business Management, she found HR to be her perfect fit, allowing her to combine her business acumen with people-focused solutions.

After taking time away from the workforce to focus on her family, she continued supporting others through volunteer work and community engagement. Now, she's excited to bring her experience and enthusiasm to ImpactHR, where she helps clients navigate HR challenges with effective solutions.

Maria is currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management and brings experience supporting recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, and day-to-day HR operations. She enjoys helping create positive workplace experiences and believes that strong communication, trust, and genuine connections are at the heart of effective Human Resources.
 

Maria is known for her attention to detail, adaptability, and people-focused approach. She is skilled at supporting diverse teams and communicating effectively in both English and Spanish. She enjoys learning, taking on new challenges, and finding ways to help both employees and organizations succeed.
 

Outside of work, Maria enjoys spending time with family and friends, exploring new places, and continuing her personal and professional growth.

Marianne is the Administrative Assistant at ImpactHR, ensuring smooth operations and supporting the HR Consultants in meeting client needs. 
 

Wearing many hats, she assists with administration, recruiting, onboarding, and client support while balancing life as a full-time mom of two.

Always eager to solve problems, coordinate tasks, and learn new skills, she thrives in fast-paced environments -- just don't ask her for IT support (that's her husband's job!).
 

Dallin began his career torn between Finance and HR -- Finance valued his data skills, while HR recognized his ability to drive results through people. He chose HR but later merged both disciplines into a career in Total Rewards.

With his experience in tech, manufacturing, higher education, and direct sales, he specializes in strategic compensation programs that drive businesses success and retain top talent. Dallin is SPHR and CCP certified, with an MBA from the University of Tennessee and a BA from Brigham Young University.
